2018 – Here I go…

An Exciting Year

I am pleased to announce that I was invited to the Potters Market Invitational this year!  Held at the Mint Museum in Charlotte, North Carolina, this is huge honor for me to be invited!  This year the one-day show will be on Saturday, September 8.

But I get ahead of myself!  I am also thrilled to be the Featured Potter for April at the Lark and Key Gallery in Charlotte, NC.  Come to the opening and introduce yourself!  I will be there on April 6 from 5-8 PM.

More calendar highlights:

TAKE A WORKSHOP WITH ME!

May 20 – 25 come join me and make pottery during my Delightful Pottery with Elise workshop at The Bascom in Highlands, North Carolina.  I will demonstrate my making and decorating techniques and then assist you in making your own delightful pots during this fun week.  This is for intermediate and advanced students.

MORE SHOWS:

June 30th- July 1st I was again invited to participate in the Pots on the Green pottery exhibition in Cashiers, North Carolina.  I like this invitational stuff!  It makes me feel like I am doing something right.  Thank you for inviting me back!!!!

July 14th 6 pm to 8 pm.  I am the Featured Potter at the Stecoah Valley Art Center.  If you are ever in Western North Carolina in the summer, this place is a must to check out on a Saturday night!  Live music every Saturday night along with a lovely craft gallery and featured crafters, like me!  Come join me!

July 20-22 I will be in Asheville, North Carolina for the bi-annual Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands.  This fine craft event brings folks from all across American to shop for fabulous finds.  I will be sharing a booth with another potter, Kelsey Schissel of Plays in Mud Pottery.  We make a good team.

And the Potters Market will finish off my year.

Hope to see you at one of these events!  Come say hello!
